Our vocal coaches at the 2009 Retreat were two members of the Four Betty's, the 2008 Sweet Adelines International Champion Quartet. Read more about the Four Bettys at: http://www.fourbettys.com/.

Joan Boutilier is the tenor of the Four Bettys, the director of the Choral-Aires Chorus in Region 3, the director of the River City Sound Chorus in Region 22, and a recently certified Sound judge.

Lynda Keever is the lead of the Four Bettys. She is a member and an assistant director in the Melodeers chorus, the 2008 Sweet Adelines International Champion Chorus. Lynda is an Approved Candidate Judge in the Music category. She is also the Directors Coordinator on the Region 3 Management Team.

Paula Steimel, our visual coach, is a great inspiration to us. She helps us figure out choreography that looks good and makes sense for us and motivates us to be "in character" while performing.
